Is the Suede Revive Spray a dye?
- No. It’s a reviving mist, not a dye. It refreshes and enhances your suede’s natural colour.
How do I choose the right spray colour
- Match your suede item to the colour on the label.
- If your suede is slightly darker, the spray is safe to use.
- Do not use darker spray on light suede.
Can I use the spray indoors?
- Yes. Our bottle is non-pressurised and contains no gas, making it safe for indoor use.
Do I need to patch test?
- Yes—always test on a hidden area first to confirm colour compatibility.
How much should I spray?
- A light, even mist is enough. Avoid oversaturating.
Is the product safe for all suede types?
- Yes—it works on shoes, bags, jackets, accessories made of genuine suede or nubuck.
Will the spray stain my suede?
- Allow suede item to air dry after reviving and before use. When used correctly and colour-matched, it will not stain. Always patch test first.
Does it have a strong smell?
- It has a water-based formula with no harsh fumes.
How should I store the spray?
- Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Do not store at temperatures above 42.7°C.
- Do not store the bottle on a side.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
- Keep it out of reach and avoid spraying near them.
What are general precautions?
- Spray is not for consumption.
- In case of skin contact, rinse with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists.
- In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation continues seek professional help.
How should I discard the spray bottle?
- Offer spray bottle for recycling if available or discard in trash.

- We ship from Stellenbosch, South Africa, and currently deliver within South Africa only.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is R100 nationwide.
- Shipping is free for orders over R750.
- Shipping is free when picked up in Stellenbosch.
How long does shipping take?
- Orders are processed in 24–48 hours.
- Delivery takes 1–3 days in major cities and 3–5 days in outlying areas.
Which couriers do you use?
- We use trusted South African couriers for door-to-door delivery.
Do you offer tracking?
- Yes—your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
What if I miss my delivery?
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Do you accept returns?
- Yes—we accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

- For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products.
